Lead Learning Program Manager
Ridgeline is seeking a Lead Learning Program Manager to advance its Education Services within the Customer Experience organization. This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful learning programs that enable employees, partners, and customers to effectively utilize Ridgeline’s multi-tenant, public cloud investment management platform. The position is based in San Ramon, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement.
The Lead Learning Program Manager will be responsible for developing scalable learning programs, including onboarding, role-based academies, certifications, and job aids. Key duties involve translating business strategies into clear learning roadmaps, consulting with stakeholders to address performance gaps, creating engaging course content using modern learning platforms and AI tools, and measuring training effectiveness through defined KPIs. Collaboration with product and customer experience teams is essential to ensure training content reflects evolving platform capabilities. Additionally, the role includes mentoring early-career content developers and championing inclusive learning experiences.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in designing and delivering educational content within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in fintech or investment management. Proficiency with learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise/360, or Camtasia is required, along with familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude Code. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences, and experience in educating customers or internal teams on technology platforms. Candidates should be capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment and possess strong organizational skills.
The compensation for this position ranges from $136,500 to $170,500 annually, depending on experience and expertise.
