Interface AI is seeking a Lead/Senior Product Manager, Growth to spearhead the evolution of its growth strategy from a sales-led to a hybrid sales and product-led model. This pivotal role involves designing and executing self-serve trials and onboarding experiences to accelerate value delivery, conversion, and expansion for financial institutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to develop a scalable growth engine.

Key responsibilities include owning the product-led growth (PLG) funnel from acquisition to expansion, defining trial success metrics, and aligning stakeholders on targets. The role requires translating growth challenges into actionable hypotheses and roadmaps, launching and optimizing self-serve trials, and designing in-product guidance to expedite time-to-first-value. Implementing analytics and experimentation frameworks, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing conversion data are also essential duties. Additionally, the candidate will define Product-Qualified Leads (PQLs), streamline sales handoffs, and enhance pricing and packaging user experiences to improve the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of product management experience in B2B SaaS growth, with strong analytical skills in funnels, cohorts, and A/B testing. Experience in developing self-serve onboarding and trial experiences, as well as proven collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams, is essential. The ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with an outcome-driven approach is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, or healthcare, familiarity with PQL systems and CRM integrations, and expertise in packaging and monetization strategies.

Compensation for this role ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
