As a Strategic Operations Lead at Chime, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating company-wide planning processes. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the executive team and senior leaders across various departments, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics, to translate strategic priorities into actionable business plans. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include leading the planning and execution of key operational cadences such as annual planning, goal setting, business reviews, and product roadmapping. You will work to ensure cross-functional alignment by partnering with leaders across departments to synchronize priorities, plans, and resources. Additionally, you will support executive decision-making by preparing materials and recommendations for leadership meetings and ensuring that decisions are effectively implemented. Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and leading projects to improve Chime's operating model will also be key aspects of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess 6–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or similar generalist roles. A strong business acumen and analytical mindset are essential, along with sharp problem-solving skills and a bias toward action and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities are required to distill complex information into clear, actionable narratives. Comfort in working across teams, driving alignment, and influencing without authority is crucial. The candidate should be highly organized, adept at building structure in ambiguous situations, and have a systems-thinking approach to organizational operations.

Chime offers a competitive base salary ranging from $112,000 to $155,000, depending on experience and location. Full-time employees are also eligible for bonuses, a competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
