Litigation Paralegal
Roblox is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Legal & Policy team in San Mateo, CA. This role involves supporting both in-house and external counsel in managing litigation and regulatory investigations, including disputes, subpoenas, and intellectual property matters. Key responsibilities include assisting with litigation and pre-litigation disputes, managing subpoenas and third-party requests, and responding to governmental authorities. The paralegal will also support the legal team in organizing eDiscovery workflows, document review processes, and the litigation hold process. Additional duties involve collaborating with attorneys and cross-functional partners to identify responsive datasets, reviewing and summarizing documents, conducting first-pass reviews of invoices from external counsel and vendors, and drafting routine correspondence and litigation documents.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification, with at least 5 years of experience supporting litigation, eDiscovery, and/or regulatory response within a law firm or in-house legal department. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with internal stakeholders are essential. Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency with technology and internet services are also required.
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $107,610 to $131,820 USD annually.
