This role ensures the seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of both onsite and virtual experiences, serving as a critical operational partner to internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and executing logistics for customer engagements, acting as the primary onsite contact to welcome and guide visitors, and managing daily site operations such as catering, facilities, and lobby services. The Logistics Manager also ensures technical readiness of meeting spaces, maintains quality control processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support engagement needs like materials preparation and scheduling.

Candidates should have experience in logistics coordination, operations, or customer-facing program support, along with proficiency in collaboration and communication tools.
