The Strategic Partner Manager V at itD Tech is a pivotal role focused on leading high-impact payment partnership initiatives within the company's global payments ecosystem. This position is integral to enabling seamless commerce experiences by building and scaling partnerships with key payment providers. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in payments partnerships and a proven track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including commercial agreements, product integrations, and scalable partner programs.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic partner workstreams with key payment ecosystem partners, encompassing planning, execution, and performance management. The role involves developing and driving partnership strategies by identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, and aligning stakeholders. Additionally, the manager will structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including pricing, technical scope, and operational requirements, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
The position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in payments, partnerships, or related domains, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority. Candidates should have experience structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, including pricing and financial models, and possess strong expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with experience in payments cost optimization.
