Partner Program Manager (6126)
The Partner Program Manager at itD Tech is responsible for driving partner engagement and executing programs that strengthen partner relationships and improve overall program performance. This role ensures smooth partner operations, delivers well-run events, and maintains a consistent, high-quality partner experience. The ideal candidate brings experience in partner management, program operations, and event execution, along with a track record of improving engagement and driving participation.
Key responsibilities include managing partner communications by responding to inquiries related to workshops, registrations, and program participation in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves analyzing event and program data to identify trends, supporting partner lifecycle activities such as recruitment and onboarding, conducting regular partner check-ins, planning and coordinating workshops and events, developing and delivering presentations, executing quality assurance across events and processes, and maintaining partner-facing and internal resources to ensure accuracy and usability.
Required qualifications and skills encompass strong written and verbal communication abilities, proven experience in managing partner or customer relationships, event planning, coordination, or program management experience, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action, excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and experience presenting to stakeholders or leading group sessions. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.
