In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms that extract and predict relevant clinical findings from both structured and unstructured healthcare data. Your day-to-day activities will include building reliable and scalable production machine learning systems, performing feature engineering, conducting statistical analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with Cohere Health's core objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of professional experience in machine learning, a Master's degree in computer science, machine learning, computational linguistics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, and hands-on experience with modern language models, including context-engineering large language models or fine-tuning small language models. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch are essential.
Cohere Health offers a fully remote opportunity with approximately 5% travel.
