Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator at AirTrunk plays a pivotal role within the Operations team, ensuring the seamless functioning of data center operations to achieve 100% uptime and compliance with customer service level agreements. This position involves close collaboration with managers, technicians, and third-party vendors to plan, manage, and supervise both planned and reactive maintenance activities across designated sites.

Key responsibilities include supporting asset management services such as maintenance planning, condition monitoring, and lifecycle planning. The coordinator will manage asset data using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), oversee work orders and administrative tasks for on-site activities, and champion reliability-centered maintenance initiatives. Additionally, the role involves managing Planned Preventative Maintenance processes, ensuring data accuracy in all systems, preparing documentation for audits, and sourcing data for regular reporting.

Candidates should possess over three years of experience in a maintenance planning function, preferably within critical environments or data centers. A degree or technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or MEP engineering is required. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, along with strong experience using CMMS platforms like ServiceNow, Maximo, or similar. Applicants should have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with local regulatory codes and ITIL frameworks.
