Maintenance Services Manager
As the Maintenance Services Manager at AirTrunk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our data centre in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Senior Technical Services Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Operations team to maintain 100% uptime and adhere to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). AirTrunk is a leading technology company dedicated to scaling and sustaining the digital growth of the Asia Pacific & Middle East region by delivering innovative hyperscale data centres.
In this role, you will lead a team of on-site technicians, overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance activities. Your responsibilities include managing site resources efficiently, setting performance goals, and providing development and coaching to team members. You will handle complex technical issues, ensure compliance with operating procedures and legal documentation, and maintain up-to-date asset maintenance plans. Additionally, you will coordinate change management procedures, supervise operational metrics, and conduct regular property inspections.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in mechanical and electrical roles within data centres, facilities management, or related fields. Proficiency in creating and reviewing procedural documents, incident reports, and maintenance manuals is essential. Experience in managing third-party service providers and negotiating service contracts is highly desirable. Familiarity with Customer Portals, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is required. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese are necessary, along with flexibility and a proactive approach to change.
