Manager, 3PL Quality Improvement
The Manager, 3PL Quality Improvement at Peloton is responsible for leading quality enhancement initiatives across the North American Final Mile network. This role involves close collaboration with teams in quality engineering, warranty, training, and member support to prioritize and implement quality improvement strategies. The primary objective is to reduce installation issues and enhance the member experience during product delivery.
Key responsibilities include executing data-driven quality improvement strategies to improve first-time installation success rates, reduce warranty claims, and decrease return rates. The manager will oversee timelines, manage risks, and address issues related to quality initiatives. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular reviews with the Final Mile team to identify and address installation challenges, ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are accurate and effectively deployed, and serving as a liaison between internal member support and 3PL teams to understand and mitigate member pain points.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, with over four years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a comparable area. This includes at least three years of leading teams toward results-oriented objectives and two years of experience in process development, documentation, and deployment. Proficiency in Excel and comfort with large data sets are essential, along with experience in supply chain systems such as Salesforce and Netsuite. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are also required. The role may require up to 25% travel.
