Manager, Business Intelligence

Agility Robotics is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to lead and develop a team of analysts within the Operations organization. This role offers the opportunity to define the BI function at a company pioneering humanoid robotics, establishing tools, metrics, dashboards, and analytical practices that will drive decisions across Operations and the broader business.

The Manager will set and manage the BI team's priorities, build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools, develop and refine KPIs, and map processes to implement system and workflow changes. They will also define what the business needs to measure, partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in current tracking and reporting, and collaborate with data engineering teams to influence the data architecture.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in BI or business analysis roles, with proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and data visualization. They should be adaptable, capable of producing value in both mature and less structured data environments, and possess leadership qualities to develop and mentor a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $157,000 to $204,000 USD.
