Mammoth Brands is seeking a Manager for Category Strategy & Analytics to support its brands, including Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. This role is integral to the Centralized Insights & Analytics team, which collaborates across departments to assess performance in retail and digital initiatives, marketing investments, and customer engagement. The position is based at the company's headquarters in New York and reports to the Director of Category Strategy & Analytics.

The Manager will analyze macro market trends, category dynamics, shopper behaviors, and competitive performance to inform strategic decisions. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive reports on business changes, identifying high-priority growth opportunities, leading impactful internal projects with key functional leaders, addressing critical questions from the Chief Marketing Officer, and serving as an analytics team lead across omnichannel projects.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 2-4 years of experience in an analytical, data-driven role, with a preference for those with backgrounds in management consulting or investment banking. Proficiency in advanced modeling and creating impactful presentations is essential, with experience in the consumer packaged goods industry and familiarity with syndicated or retailer loyalty data considered advantageous. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, confident in managing projects independently, skilled in cross-functional collaboration, effective in presenting to senior leadership, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000, with the final compensation based on the candidate’s location, skill level, and experience.
