The Manager, Customer Retention Solutions at Kapitus is responsible for leading the sales renewal team, ensuring the achievement of individual and team performance goals, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role involves collaboration with various business areas and senior management to enhance account penetration, drive revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction within a remote/hybrid setting. Candidates must reside in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) as monthly in-office presence is required.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and refining the team's customer engagement strategies, managing reporting systems and financial data pipelines in Salesforce, and generating performance reports to align team objectives. The manager will act as a player/coach to maintain both individual and team sales targets, address merchant requests and concerns promptly, and serve as an escalation point when necessary. Additionally, the role involves facilitating renewal submissions, contract funding, and building strong relationships with key client decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with over three years in a sales representative role, preferably in financial services or consultative sales, and more than four years in people management and coaching. Expertise in policy and procedure development, performance management, and driving metric and quality performance within a 30-day cycle is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.

Kapitus offers a competitive base salary of $75,000, with eligibility for monthly incentive commission compensation.
