Manager, Digital Analytics - Amazon
As the Manager of Digital Analytics for Amazon at Mammoth Brands, you will be an integral part of the Centralized Insights & Analytics team, focusing on the Harry’s and Flamingo brands. This role involves serving as the primary analytics partner for our Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) business, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive growth. In this position, your key responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, diagnosing shifts through driver-based analysis, and conducting in-depth product and category analyses. You will lead test-and-learn measurements by defining success metrics, evaluating results, and documenting learnings. Additionally, you will assist in forecasting and business planning by analyzing historical data, seasonality, and performance trends, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce analytics, consumer packaged goods analytics, or a related data-focused role. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various audiences. Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and eCommerce performance metrics is required, as well as excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter attitude and a passion for working in an entrepreneurial setting are also important.
