As the Manager of Digital IT Services at Celonis, you will lead and manage our IT Service team in India. This critical role focuses on driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across support functions. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within your team.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the IT Service team, establishing clear performance metrics, and conducting regular performance reviews. You will manage team resources, including hiring and onboarding, and ensure exceptional IT support for all internal customers. Additionally, you will oversee support processes such as incident management and service request fulfillment, develop comprehensive reporting on key performance indicators, and present performance reports to the Head of Global IT Service.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive experience in IT service management or a similar managerial role, including direct people management. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and support, in-depth knowledge of ITIL principles, and experience with enterprise-level ticketing platforms like ServiceNow are essential. Excellent analytical and reporting skills, exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset are also required. Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary.
