Manager, Distribution Operations
The Distribution Center (DC) Manager at Peloton's Linden, NJ facility oversees daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The manager leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing team of Operations Managers and warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing warehouse systems, setting performance targets, maintaining a safe work environment, and developing scalable operational strategies.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's preferred, and have over three years of experience leading operations. A strong operational mindset with a proven ability to deliver results and lead large teams is essential. Experience managing teams across different levels of expertise, a strong analytical background, and flexibility to work various hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, are also required. Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
