As a Mid-City Sales Manager at Axon, you will lead a team of acquisition-focused Account Executives responsible for converting TASER-only agencies into full Axon ecosystem partners. This role requires deep expertise in consultative SaaS selling, strong business acumen, and the ability to coach sellers through multi-stakeholder, government procurement-driven buying cycles. You will be accountable for team performance, talent development, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health while fostering a high-performance, high-engagement sales culture.

Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–10 Account Executives to expand TASER-only agencies into full Axon ecosystem partnerships. You will own team revenue performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, ensuring consistent quota attainment and pipeline health. Additionally, you will drive disciplined execution of Axon's consultative, multi-solution sales methodology across discovery, solution positioning, and close, while conducting regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections to improve win rates, deal quality, and forecast accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience selling in complex SaaS or technology environments with demonstrated quota success, and 2+ years of experience leading quota-carrying sales teams in a mid-market, enterprise, or complex solution sales environment. Proven ability to coach consultative, multi-solution sales motions, strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics, and experience navigating multi-stakeholder and procurement-driven sales cycles are essential. Advanced Salesforce proficiency with a bias toward data-driven decision-making, exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership presence, and a builder mindset with the ability to scale talent and process are also required.
