Manager, Pre-Sales and Solution Engineering - Nordics

Celonis is seeking a Manager for Pre-Sales and Solution Engineering to lead a team of Value Engineers in the Nordics region. This role involves guiding customers through their value journey, from initial engagement to value realization, renewal, and expansion. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market leadership team to support customers in achieving their strategic objectives using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end customer value journey, translating strategic objectives into impactful use cases, and communicating value opportunities to C-level executives. The role also involves leading customers through the Celonis Value Journey, deploying new features and products, and managing change within the customer base. Additionally, the manager will recruit and develop Value Engineers, fostering a positive work environment and promoting career growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business domains such as Finance or Supply Chain, experience in strategic transformation initiatives, and the ability to build compelling value roadmaps. A deep understanding of industry trends and challenges faced by the C-suite is essential. Proficiency in guiding IT teams through the Celonis Process Intelligence journey, including building dashboards and implementing improvement measures, is required. Strong project management skills and experience in executive stakeholder management are also necessary.
