Additionally, the role involves leading the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, driving product design for new features and enhancements, and conducting customer and market research to identify unmet market needs.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in product management, including at least two years in a managerial role, and a minimum of three years working in healthcare or health technology sectors. Demonstrated expertise in machine learning and AI applications to healthcare problems is essential. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are required, along with a proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions. A successful track record of collaborating with stakeholders across globally distributed teams is also important.
