As the Manager of Software Technical Account Managers at Axon, you will lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) who support Axon's most strategic public safety customers. Your team acts as the operational extension of Axon within agency environments, driving the successful deployment, stabilization, and adoption of Axon's hardware, software, digital evidence, and integrated workflows. This role is pivotal in ensuring agencies achieve operational readiness and sustained platform adoption, thereby strengthening Axon's long-term strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of TAMs operating across embedded, regional, and traveling delivery models. Your duties include setting clear expectations for execution quality, customer engagement, and accountability across varied engagement structures. Additionally, you will oversee portfolio-level delivery across assigned agencies, ensuring consistent execution of hardware deployments, software implementations, and integrated workflows. Establishing and enforcing standards, playbooks, and best practices for both hardware and software execution across all TAM engagement models is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery, program management, hardware/software deployments, or complex technology environments is required. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience leading senior individual contributors in high-accountability, customer-facing roles is essential. Demonstrated ability to scale execution through teams operating across multiple delivery models, strong executive presence, and broad technical fluency across SaaS platforms, cloud services, networking, hardware systems, and integrated workflows are also necessary.
