Manager, Training

The Manager, Training at PitchBook Data will oversee the development and implementation of corporate training programs designed to support internal teams. This role sits within the Learning and Development team and works closely with various business units to ensure a consistent and effective training experience. Key responsibilities include designing, delivering, and managing a wide range of training initiatives, including onboarding programs, continuous skills development, and leadership training. The Manager will analyze training needs, develop instructional materials, facilitate live and virtual sessions, and measure program effectiveness. A significant aspect of the role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proven experience in corporate training or learning and development, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment. Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills are essential, as is the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt programs as business needs evolve. Expertise with learning management systems, instructional design, and evaluating learning outcomes is highly valued.
