Manager, Value Engineering - Nordics
As a Manager of Value Engineering for the Nordics at Celonis, you will lead a team dedicated to managing the entire customer value lifecycle, from initial sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, committed to unlocking productivity and sustainability by integrating intelligence into business processes.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end customer value journeys, focusing on landing and expanding existing customers and ensuring successful renewals. Your responsibilities include translating customers' strategic objectives into impactful Celonis use cases, communicating value opportunities to C-level executives, and serving as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio. Additionally, you will lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, support the deployment of new features and products, and host business reviews to communicate results and realized value.
The ideal candidate will possess domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, experience in strategic transformation initiatives, and the ability to build compelling value roadmaps for customers. A deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges faced by the C-suite is essential. Proficiency in guiding customers' IT teams through their Process Intelligence journey, including building dashboards, apps, and action flows, is required. Strong project management skills, executive stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record in value selling methodologies are also necessary.
