Manager, Value Engineering - Public Sector Transformation
Celonis is seeking a Manager for Value Engineering in Public Sector Transformation to lead a team focused on managing the entire customer value lifecycle, from sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. This role involves working closely with the Go-to-Market Leadership Teams to support customers in achieving their strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. The position is based in Munich, Germany.
Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end customer value journey, translating strategic objectives into high-impact use cases, and communicating value opportunities to C-Level executives. The role also involves leading customers through the Celonis Value Journey, supporting the deployment of new features, and advancing strategic growth programs. Additionally, the manager will recruit and develop world-class talent, allocate resources effectively, and communicate success and risks proactively within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, experience in strategic transformation initiatives, and a deep understanding of industry trends in the Public Sector and Government Agencies. They should possess strong project management skills, experience in executive stakeholder management, and a proven track record in value realization and value selling methodologies. Fluency in English and German is required.
