Manufacturing Test Engineer II
Echodyne Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer II to join our dynamic team in Kirkland, WA. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and optimizing test systems and procedures to ensure product quality and production efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, quality, IT, and production teams to drive efficiency and support automation initiatives that scale Echodyne's manufacturing capabilities.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining test hardware and software for the production line. The engineer will support test systems throughout their full lifecycle, work with cross-functional teams to integrate and support test systems, plan and execute evaluations of new or updated test processes, monitor and analyze test data to drive continuous improvement, and create documentation and provide training to production staff on test procedures and tools.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing or supporting automated test systems, programming proficiency in Python (with MATLAB familiarity as a plus), the ability to design and deploy complete automated test systems, and the ability to interpret and apply assembly drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving and process development skills, as well as effective communication abilities, are essential. A Bachelor of Science degree in electrical, electronic, test engineering, or a related technical discipline, along with three or more years of experience in a test engineering or similar environment, is required.
Echodyne offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $104,030 to $155,839 annually.
