As a Marketing Advisor, you will consult with agents to identify their marketing needs, develop strategic plans, and oversee the execution of various initiatives. You will also analyze and optimize marketing plans to enhance effectiveness and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign. A deep understanding of marketing strategies across multiple channels and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also required.
