Additionally, you will translate high-level marketing briefs into well-defined audience definitions and understand Consumer Engagement Platform (CEP) best practices to inform messaging cadence and frequency.
The ideal candidate should have over four years of experience with major CEP/CRM or marketing automation platforms, such as Braze, Shopify, Iterable, or Klaviyo, with at least two years of experience specifically with Braze. Proficiency in journey/canvas building, dynamic templating, audience segmentation using behavioral data, and a solid understanding of contact data models are essential. The candidate should also be able to read API responses and event payloads to self-diagnose data issues without engineering support and possess proficiency in Liquid code. A deep understanding of email deliverability fundamentals, including list hygiene, bounce handling, unsubscribe management, and sender reputation, is also required.
