Marketing Coordinator
Compass is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Raleigh, NC office. In this role, you will collaborate with our in-house marketing and creative teams to support real estate agents in developing and executing effective marketing and branding strategies. This position is integral to enhancing agent marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the Compass brand, and contributing to the company's overall success.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist agents with the creation and execution of marketing assets using Compass's proprietary design tools and Adobe InDesign. Your responsibilities will include addressing day-to-day marketing inquiries, coordinating with the design team to deliver projects, and managing relationships with local vendors to support agent and company needs. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights to inform future strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of marketing experience, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships with agents and vendors. Experience in client services, advertising, or real estate marketing is a plus.
