Marketing Coordinator

Compass is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, focusing on supporting real estate agents in their marketing and branding initiatives. This role is integral to our mission of revolutionizing the real estate industry by providing agents with the tools and support needed to deliver exceptional service to clients.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist agents with the execution of their marketing assets using Compass’s proprietary design tool, InDesign, and internal design team. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day marketing needs and questions, sourcing and maintaining relationships with local vendors, and coordinating the delivery of projects and materials across various channels such as print, digital, and social media. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the effectiveness of marketing efforts and assisting in the development of marketing plans to maximize agents' budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of marketing experience, with intermediate skills in Adobe InDesign for print, digital, and out-of-home advertising. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Experience in a client service environment, particularly within real estate marketing or luxury brands, is highly desirable.
