Marketing Coordinator
Compass is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Chappaqua office, supporting the Massachusetts Marketing Team. This team is dedicated to enhancing our agents' marketing and branding efforts, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to clients. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies that align with Compass's mission to revolutionize the real estate industry.
In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will develop and manage systems to streamline team communications and processes. They will provide outstanding client service, acting as an accountability partner to make agent marketing efforts more efficient and effective. Collaborating with the design team, the coordinator will oversee the delivery of custom design projects and associated materials. Additionally, they will monitor and analyze the effectiveness of agents' marketing initiatives to inform future strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of marketing experience and possess exceptional interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships. Attention to detail is crucial, along with proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is beneficial but not required. Strong project management abilities, time management, and prioritization skills are essential. The candidate should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Compass offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Additional compensation elements, such as bonuses and restricted stock units, may be provided.
