Axon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to enhance its presence at sponsored tradeshows and industry events. This role involves coordinating a high volume of regional and national events, focusing on delivering high-quality brand activations and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive measurable business impact.

The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing over 75 events annually, including tradeshows, conferences, and experiential activations. Key duties include managing the full event lifecycle—planning, contracting, budgeting, logistics, staffing, product and swag coordination, and post-event reporting. The role also involves tracking and reporting on event performance, negotiating vendor contracts, and providing on-site support to ensure seamless execution.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in event coordination, experiential marketing, or project management. Essential skills include strong organizational and communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is required, with preferred experience in event venues, hospitality, or large-scale event operations, and supporting government or law enforcement audiences.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $57,240 to $91,584 USD, along with benefits such as a 401k with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave, medical, dental, and vision plans, fitness programs, and emotional and mental wellness support. The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-person collaboration at Axon's Scottsdale or Boston offices from Tuesday to Friday, with remote work on Mondays.
