Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager at eClinical Solutions will lead marketing efforts in the India region, focusing on building brand awareness, enhancing employer brand visibility, and strengthening thought leadership within the local life sciences community. This role aims to position eClinical Solutions as an employer of choice for top talent and as an innovation leader among India-based global pharma and CRO professionals.
Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and reporting on internal and external marketing initiatives across India, such as events, communications, and local brand activations. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy while driving independent initiatives tailored to India's priorities. Additionally, approximately half of this role will contribute to global marketing efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and strategic projects that inform global campaigns and positioning.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with over seven years of experience in marketing within the B2B SaaS or Life Sciences/Healthcare industries. Experience in corporate branding, employer branding, or regional marketing management is preferred. Strong project management skills, excellent collaboration and communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are essential. Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is also preferred.
