Marketing Manager - Snailworks
SnailWorks, a leading direct mail tracking and analytics platform serving political campaigns, insurance companies, and direct mail operations nationwide, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive its demand generation initiatives. Acquired by Beacon Software in 2025, SnailWorks is entering a growth phase with new investments in marketing and go-to-market capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies that will expand the company's reach and impact.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing marketing programs across multiple channels, including conferences and trade shows, paid search (SEM/PPC), email marketing, direct mail, LinkedIn, and industry publications. Key duties involve planning and executing industry events, optimizing paid search campaigns, overseeing email communications, creating direct mail campaigns, enhancing the company's LinkedIn presence, and securing content placements in trade publications. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with sales teams to develop sales collateral and supporting the company's digital presence through website content management and collaboration with external marketing agencies.
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors, with a proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing programs and budgets. Strong writing and content development skills, experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation, and an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making are essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable working remotely within a small team and willing to travel periodically for conferences and on-site collaboration.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
