Marketing Specialist
Compass is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Creative team in Los Angeles. This role is integral to supporting our real estate agents by managing marketing and branding projects from inception to completion. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with agents to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with Compass's mission to revolutionize the real estate industry through technology and exceptional service.
In this position, the Marketing Specialist will consult with agents daily to identify their marketing needs and build strategic plans to achieve their goals. Responsibilities include creating and assembling templated creative work such as print ads and brochures using InDesign, coordinating with the design team to deliver larger projects, and providing guidance on the Compass platform and its tools. The role also involves analyzing and optimizing marketing plans to inform future strategies and working with advertising and media vendors to secure agent advertising spend and budget allocations.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of marketing experience, with a deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning across various channels. Strong project management skills, the ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, is required, and prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
The expected base pay for this position is between $61,400 and $68,200 annually, depending on experience and skills. Additional compensation elements, such as bonuses, commissions, or equity grants, may be available, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
