Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in executing local marketing initiatives that align with our brand standards and resonate with the local audience. Wolt is a technology company dedicated to bringing joy and simplicity to neighborhoods worldwide, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure our marketing campaigns are engaging and effective.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the planning and execution of both local and global marketing campaigns. You will manage in-app placements and discovery content, such as banners and promotions, to enhance user engagement. Additionally, you will localize CRM communications and create compelling marketing copy for various channels. Coordinating with designers, agencies, freelancers, and global teams on campaign assets will also be a key part of your day-to-day activities. Furthermore, you will plan and execute social media content and support influencer collaborations, while monitoring campaign performance and contributing insights for optimization.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar role. Strong copywriting and communication skills in both the local language and English are essential, with Russian language skills considered a significant advantage. You should possess the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is also required. A proactive, hands-on team player with an analytical mindset will thrive in this position.

Wolt offers a competitive salary range of 2,674 to 3,343 EUR per month, along with 28 calendar days of paid annual vacation plus public holidays.
