Media Workflow Engineer
As a Media Workflow Engineer at Peloton, you will serve as the technical foundation for our post-production and broadcast ecosystems. This role is a 50/50 blend of high-impact project delivery and mission-critical operational support. You will act as the lead architect for our Media Asset Management (MAM) and workflow platforms, ensuring our content engine runs at peak performance in a dynamic, global broadcast environment.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary technical lead for metadata taxonomy, video codecs, and delivery specifications, ensuring seamless integration across software and cloud engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in high-volume broadcast or post-production environments, with deep proficiency in MAM systems, preferably Iconik. A strong command of shared storage, workflow consultation, and transcoding standards (FFMPEG, Vantage) is essential, along with a solid understanding of cloud-based media workflows (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proficiency in multi-OS administration and basic scripting (Python, JSON) to automate tasks and integrate complex systems via CLI is also required.
