Merchant Performance Monitoring Officer

The Merchant Performance Monitoring Officer at Cermaticom plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate reconciliation of merchant and brand sales data, facilitating timely payments, and maintaining essential documentation. Key responsibilities include conducting monthly reconciliations of merchant and brand sales data to determine incentives or subsidies, communicating with merchants and brands to align on reconciliation data, monitoring incoming merchant invoices until payment by the finance department, requesting invoices from the Finance Department and overseeing payments for merchant or brand subsidies, circulating agreements or commitment letters internally, and managing the documentation, filing, and distribution of these agreements or letters.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Diploma degree and have at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with a detail-oriented and tactful approach to tasks.
