Merchant Relation Officer (Ambon)

The Merchant Relation Officer (Ambon) at is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) offline merchants utilizing the company's Merchant Apps. This role is integral to the sales team, focusing on the Ambon area to ensure merchants are effectively engaged and supported.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets within the designated area, providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff, and ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores. Additionally, the officer will conduct promotional socialization programs to educate store staff about ongoing promotions and initiatives.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Applicants must also have a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
