Merchant Relation Officer (Bandung)

As a Merchant Relation Officer at you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) offline merchants in the Bandung area. is a leading financial technology company in Indonesia, dedicated to enhancing financial inclusion by connecting lenders with creditworthy borrowers through innovative digital solutions.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and strengthening relationships with SME offline merchants utilizing our Merchant Apps. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets within your designated area, providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff, ensuring the strategic placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting promotional socialization programs to engage store staff effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
