Key duties include achieving sales targets within the designated area, providing comprehensive training on the Merchant Apps to store staff, ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting promotional socialization programs for store staff. The position specifically focuses on managing and supporting merchants in the Banjarmasin area.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is considered advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply.
