Merchant Relation Officer (Bekasi)

As a Merchant Relation Officer at Cermaticom, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) offline merchants in the Bekasi area. This position is integral to our mission of enhancing merchant engagement and satisfaction through effective use of our Merchant Apps.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining positive relationships with SME offline merchants utilizing our Merchant Apps, achieving sales targets within your designated area, providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff, ensuring the strategic placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting promotional program socialization sessions with store staff.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
