Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. Experience in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Applicants must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
