Key responsibilities include maintaining and nurturing relationships with SME offline merchants, achieving sales targets within the assigned area, and providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff. The officer is also responsible for ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores and conducting promotional socialization programs to engage store staff effectively.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. Experience in leasing is advantageous. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required for high school graduates, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
