Key responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with SME offline merchants, achieving sales targets within the designated area, and providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff. The officer is also responsible for ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores and conducting promotional socialization programs for store staff. Additionally, the role involves handling merchant-related activities specifically in the Bali region.
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. Experience in leasing is considered advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant working experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Applicants must also have a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
