Merchant Relation Officer

The Merchant Relation Officer at Cermaticom plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized offline merchants utilizing the company's Merchant Apps. This position is integral to the sales team, focusing on expanding the company's presence and ensuring merchant satisfaction within the designated area.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets within the assigned region, providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff, and ensuring the effective placement of promotional materials in stores. The officer is also tasked with conducting promotional socialization programs to engage store staff and enhance product visibility.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. Experience in leasing is advantageous. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required for high school graduates, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
