Merchant Relation Officer (Lombok)

The Merchant Relation Officer position at Cermaticom focuses on fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) offline merchants in the Lombok area. The role is integral to the company's mission of achieving financial inclusion by enabling lenders to provide loans to the underbanked population in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with SME offline merchants utilizing the Merchant Apps, achieving sales targets within the designated area, providing training on Merchant Apps to store staff, ensuring the placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting promotional socialization programs for store staff.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. A background in leasing is advantageous. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
