Merchant Relation Officer (Medan)

The Merchant Relation Officer at is responsible for managing relationships with small and medium-sized offline merchants in the Medan area who utilize the company's Merchant Apps. This role is integral to the sales team, focusing on achieving regional sales targets and ensuring merchants are effectively using the platform to enhance their business operations.

Key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with SME offline merchants, providing comprehensive training on the Merchant Apps to store staff, and ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials within stores. Additionally, the officer will conduct promotional socialization programs to educate store staff about ongoing promotions and handle all merchant-related activities within the Medan area.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. While experience in leasing is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Applicants with a high school diploma should have at least one year of relevant work experience, whereas fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
