Merchant Relation Officer (Semarang)

As a Merchant Relation Officer at you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) offline merchants in Semarang. is a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's mission by supporting merchants in leveraging digital tools to enhance their business operations.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining positive relationships with SME offline merchants utilizing the Merchant Apps, achieving sales targets within your designated area, and providing comprehensive training on the Merchant Apps to store staff. Additionally, you will ensure the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores and conduct promotional socialization programs to educate store staff about ongoing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a high school diploma or a diploma degree in any field. While prior experience in leasing is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates with a high school diploma should have a minimum of one year of relevant work experience, whereas fresh graduates with a diploma degree are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
