ROLLER is seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our expanding team in Austin, Texas. As a global leader in the leisure and attractions industry, ROLLER provides innovative software solutions that enhance guest experiences and streamline business operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering seamless ticketing, point-of-sale, and membership services to clients worldwide.
In this position, you will manage inbound leads and collaborate with a Business Development Representative to generate new outbound opportunities. Your responsibilities will include researching prospective clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and developing tailored outreach strategies. By understanding clients' business objectives, you will present customized solutions that align with their goals. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring accurate forecasting, and working closely with internal teams and partners to close deals.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or a related field and possesses 5-7 years of experience in closing sales roles, preferably within the SaaS industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills are essential, along with a proven track record of defining and achieving growth metrics. A problem-solving mindset, business acumen, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are crucial. Technological proficiency and a capacity to quickly learn and demonstrate new technologies are also required.
