Monetization Analytics Manager
ROLLER is seeking a Monetization Analytics Manager to join our Pricing & Monetization team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is pivotal in optimizing pricing strategies, validating return on investment, and scaling monetization insights across the organization. As a global SaaS company operating in over 30 countries, ROLLER provides solutions that enhance operations and guest experiences in the leisure and attractions industry.
The Monetization Analytics Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining monetization-specific data models and dashboards in collaboration with Product Operations and Data teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring data quality and consistency, supporting Business Value Consulting with pilot deal baselining, tracking and reporting on pricing metrics such as average selling price and discount frequency, and designing automated alerts for deal-level outliers. Additionally, the role involves automating data inputs for self-service ROI calculators, providing analytical support for quarterly business reviews, and conducting analyses to inform pricing strategies and support pricing experiments.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in pricing or monetization analytics, preferably within the software, SaaS, or e-commerce sectors. Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and dashboarding tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is essential. Experience with customer analytics tools like Google Analytics and financial modeling is also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong statistical analysis skills, excellent communication abilities to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset with a history of partnering across Product, Sales, and Data teams. An MBA or advanced degree in analytics, economics, finance, or a related field is a plus.
